Your data rights
See, correct, delete or export what we hold
Last updated: 9 October 2026 · operated by DF5 Holdings LLC
This is a form rather than an email address because a request has to be recorded and timed. Submitting it starts a clock we answer against, and you get a confirmation on this page.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- A correction to something that is wrong.
- Deletion of what we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
- To object to a particular use, including marketing.
- A portable export, in a format you can take elsewhere.
These rights come from the GDPR in Europe and the United Kingdom, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines, and the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore. We apply them to everybody who asks, wherever you are.
The request
What happens then
- The request is recorded with a timestamp, and a person is alerted the same day.
- We answer within ten working days — inside the one month that all three regimes allow, deliberately.
- If we need to confirm it is really you before deleting something, we will ask from the address you gave, and we will ask for the least that will do.
- If we are required to keep something — a payment record, for instance — we tell you what and why rather than quietly keeping it.
Who answers
Atiba de Souza, for DF5 Holdings LLC, 12352 Wilkins Avenue, Rockville, Maryland 20852, United States. If you would rather write, the address is atibadesouza@clientattractionpros.com — the form is better, because it is the version that gets a timestamp.
